Garry Vaughan - Head Coach
 
Profile - 
 
Having been involved in Football in various capacities since childhood, Garry has always taken a keen interest in the background and application of coaching and training all age groups. He is an enthusiastic and passionate individual who is constantly looking at ways to improve technical knowledge through research, self-study and observing other coaches in action. Garry recently undertook additional training to increase his coaching qualifications.
 
Playing Career -
 
As a schoolboy Garry gained representative honours for Flixton Boys, Trafford Boys and also Manchester Boys who during his time reached the English Schools Final. Garry then progressed on to Schoolboy registration with Manchester City FC before signing a 2 year Apprentice scheme with Port Vale FC, which then lead on to a full time Professional contract. Upon Leaving Port Vale Garry then spent 3 years as a contracted player with Northwich Victoria FC in the Football Conference, 1 year as a contract player with Hyde United FC. before joining Trafford FC where he spent the next 10 years being involved in 3 promotion winning sides, winning various cup competitions as well as holding the club record for most appearances and also most goals. 307 appearances and 89 goals
 
Coaching and Managing -
 
2009 – Present. Trafford Football Club – 1st Team Manager Full members of the Manchester FA, EVO STIK North Division One Members.
Garry is currently Manager of all aspects of the football side of the club. This includes sourcing and developing a number of young players who we have developed and then gone on to play at higher levels. Each Season has seen the club progress on the field to become well established at this level. Garry is also responsible for putting in place complete coaching programme to encompass team play as well as individual programmes for player development. One of Garrys new remits is the establishing of a regular Community based Coaching course and scheme for children of all ages within the Trafford area to help promote healthy living and the merits of regular exercise amongst those of school age.
 
2009 – Maine Road FC – Full Members of the Manchester FA, Members of North West Counties League.
Here Garry managed a squad of young players in Division one of the NWCL. Attracting in and developing young players to ensure that the club had a regular squad to work with during his time there and for the future.

Wayne Goodison - Coach
 
Profile - 
 
Wayne developed his interest in coaching at an early age, and was one of the youngest at age 19 to gain a full FA Badge. He then coached at all 3 Professional clubs he was at during his playing career, including the well respected Crewe Alexandra Acadamy and Manchester City here in the UK. In addition he has regularly coached in the the USA at college level preparing programmes for scholarships, and has written and delivered courses to prepare coaches for taking their own qualifications.

Playing Career  
 
As a schoolboy Wayne gained representative honours for Leeds Schoolboys, Yorkshire schools and England schools, he joined Barnsley FC as an apprentice and went on to spend 5 seasons there making his full debut at age 17, and making 37 full appearances in total before moving on to Crewe Alexandra where in his time there the club gained its first promotion in 30 years, making 90 appearances in 3 seasons. Wayne then joined Rochdale and made 80 appearances and then left to play in Hong Kong for 6 months before leaving full time football for a career in semi pro football around various clubs, Hyde United, Accrington Stanley and Buxton.

Coaching and Managing -
 
2009 – Present. Trafford Football Club – 1st Team Assistant Manager Full members of the Manchester FA, EVO STIK North Division One Members.
Wayne currently works with Head Coach Garry Vaughan coaching the first team and developing young players to integrate into the full squad
 
2003 – 2006  Chorley FC Full Members of the Lancashire FA, Members of Unibond Northern League
Here Wayne coached the first team to reach the play offs where Chorley were defeated on penalties in the final.

1999 - 2003 - Trafford Football Club – 1st Team Assistant Manager Full members of the Manchester FA, Unibond North Division One Members
Coached the first team to the final of the Presidents cup (whilst Garry Vaughan was a member of the team) where the team defeated Whitby Town on penalties.
